Susan Palmer purchased Horner Management from Doug Horner in November 1994 along with two silent partners, and began trading as Horner Management Pty Ltd. Susan had the vision of tailoring a 'professional and personalised service' to her clients. This is highlighted by the fact that the business still manages over 70% of the Corporations 21 years on. 

 

Susan is now enjoying her succession plan and donates the majority of her time giving back by donating to the Flinders Medical Centre and raising much needed funds. 

 

In 2009, Carrie McInerney was appointed CEO and has grown Horner Management two fold. Today, Horner’s looks after over 400 Corporations’ and over 2,800 owners’ in South Australia. Carrie has expanded the small boutique business into a team of nine professional and enthusiastic staff members dedicated to offering the original vision of tailoring a 'professional and personalised service' to their clients and treating each property as if it were their own.
