Body Corporate Services

Meetings
 

We arrange everything required, such as the Annual General Meetings including preparing and distributing notices, attending and chairing meetings, preparing minutes and distributing them within one week.

Repairs & Maintenance
 

We advise and arrange for maintenance, repairs and replacement of common property and organise any emergency maintenance work by coordinating tradesmen under specific instructions.

Insurance
 

We place and renew insurance and have any claim promptly processed. We are registered insurance agents and constantly review our underwriters to ensure the best cover and value for our Corporations.

Accounting & Auditing needs
 

We collect bank and account for maintenance contributions, levies, interest and other amounts due to the Corporation, send notices levying maintenance or other contributions, pay accounts and outgoings prepare an annual statements of accounts of the Corporation and arrange an annual audit of the books and

send quarterly reports to the Treasurer, if requested

 

We arrange for the annual audits and prepare and lodge income tax returns, if required

Disbursements

 

(Postage, stationery, telephone, photocopying, accountancy, audits, tax lodgements, bank and government charges will be charged as actually expended). Additional Services P.O.A. Where the cost exceeds $1,000.00 We can liase with Architects, Engineers, Surveyors, Builders, Loss Adjusters, neighbours and the like in relation to any work carried out by the Manager in accordance with the Corporation’s instructions.

Costs Per Corporation

Annual General Meeting Charge $132.00 GST inclusive. (This covers you for the first hour. If the meeting exceeds this time it will be charged at $33.00 in 15 minute increment. This meeting fee covers you for meetings held in our office or on site). Meetings are at cheaper rate, if held during the day.
