Our Strata Complex of 11 Units has been managed by Horner Management for a good many years. In this time we have had a number of Body Corporate Managers assigned to us from Horner Management. Their Management efforts have been generally good resulting in a degree of satisfactory representation. In the last 12 months we have been fortunate to have Carrie as our Body Corporate Manager to administer our Strata affairs.

In this period our Strata was a little disjointed and there were a number of funding and maintenance issues that needed to be dealt with. Carrie provided the necessary management skills and appraoch to deal with these issues at hand in a most prompt and efficient way. She knows how to get things done in a capable manner without upsetting the Owners. Carrensured that everything that was agreed to be done by the owners was completed.

Carrie is professional and honest in her approach and has a pleasing manner which makes her easy to deal with. She is alert and switched on to the needs of those she administers. Carrie comes will prepared for AGM's and projects forward to provide a sensible budget for the times ahead.

In the second half of 2015 my husband and I had the privilege of meeting Rosemary when she was appointed the BCM of a group of Community Title units.  It was the first time that this group of units (Corporation) has been formally managed so in the first instance Rosemary needed to guide all owners in the implementation of all the requirements, in order to establish it, as a well-functioning community group.  Rosemary has established, in a very short timeframe, a working documented annual plan that addresses such areas as:- budget, accounting, common property maintenance, grounds, insurance, trades monitor and such.  That is, Rosemary assists the Corporation by undertaking all the functions, powers and duties as contained in the Strata Titles Act 1988.

She promotes harmony within the community environment through effective verbal and written communication; understanding; and sound knowledge that she brings to all aspects of the Corporation business.  She understands how to nurture positive working relationships with individual owners and as a collective group.  These attributes have enabled the group to move quickly in formulating the annual plan and in addressing numerous issues that have arisen.

She has performed all managerial duties in an extremely professional manner and this is reflected in her approach towards her work and the unit owners.  

Rosemary has excellent facilitation/secretarial skills. My husband and I consider her to be one of the best managers we have encountered. 

Finally, we would like to thank Rosemary for everything that she has done to date. We both feel confident in our direction forward and we feel the stress has been removed knowing that she will ensure our Corporation needs are addressed quickly, effectively and in accordance with legal requirements.
