Rosemary joined the Horner Management team in 2013 as a Body Corporate Manager.

Rosemary started her career as a Sectional Title Manager in 2003 and completed her certificate for the Sectional Title Scheme Management Course from the University of Cape Town, Faculty of Law Department in conjunction with Paddocks Learning in 2007.
